Fresh breeze at the Spack! Festival
The location was already changed last year: since 2009, the Spack! Festival isn't celebrated in Höhr-Grenzhausen anymore, but in Wirges, between Cologne and Frankfurt. For the upcoming 7th edition, there are now additional innovations: aside from a fresh style and a new logo, the Open Air itself is enlarged. This year, the expected 8000 visitors will be offered an even bigger spread of styles in the three areas. The first acts are already confirmed: the first headliner for the Spack! 2010 is 2Raumwohnung. With their album "Lasso", which came out last May, the successful Electro poppers from Berlin have already released their sixth successful album, so they have plenty of material for a awesome live show. Also confirmed are Jennifer Rostock, Nosliw, Martin Jondo & Band, as well as Leeching Project, Lake Cisco and Northern Lite. More acts are supposed to follow.
The Spack! Festival will be taking place in the Festivalpark in Wirges on August 20th and 21st. Tickets are available as combi tickets for an affordable 22 Euro (plus fees) at all ticket agencies or via the festival's homepage.
