Improvements at the Bang Your Head
If you're planning on driving to the Bang Your Head in Balingen this year, you can look forward to some improvements. Thus the hall which was newly built on the fairground will be firmly integrated into the Open Air events: autograph sessions, band interviews, a metal market and the warm-up shows on the evening before the festival will be taking place here. In addition the new fair hall features a self-service restaurant with fixed seating, as well as new sanitation facilities.
A roofed beer garden is also celebrating its opening and new, but still in the planning stages, is the installation of mobile lockers, which can be used for a fee.
Guitar fans will be offered a particular highlight for the first time this year: hobby, as well as professional musicians will be able to test the six-strings in a special area near the beer garden and might experience some showcase or another.
The Bang Your Head will be celebrated this year on June 26th and 27th in Balingen between Freiburg and Stuttgart. 22 bands will provide the right sound, some of which are Blind Guardian, W.A.S.P. and Sodom amongst others.
