Ozzy over Wacken

After yesterday's confirmation for the Sweden Rock Festival, more sensational news came from Germany during the night: Ozzy Osbourne will perform at the Wacken Open Air 2011. The "Prince of Darkness" will be onstage as the headliner on the festival Thursday of the 22nd W:O:A. Attention: his gig at the world's biggest Metal festival will be his only festival performance next year.

The Wacken Open Air will be celebrated from August 4th through the 6th, 2011. Also on the billing list are until now Airbourne, Apocalyptica, Blind Guardian, Suicidal Tendencies, Avantasia and Mayhem. Tickets for the three-day spectacle are available at the ticketshop associated with the W:O:A on the festival's homepage and cost 120 Euro plus fees.
